Annika Soresntam is finishing her career in professional golf the way she started - as a winner.
The Swede has only one tournament to go but made her penultimate event one to remember by lifting the Lexus Cup as captain of the International Team against Asia.
Soresntam bagged a point for her team in the singles contests with the defeat of opposite number Se Ri Pak 3 and 2.
It was then left to American Christina Kim to take the global stars over the finishing line after she shared a point with Namika Omata.
Soresntam told the Associated Press after winning the trophy: "It's one thing to be inside the ropes in control, but when you're cheering for everyone you want to help them however you can.
"I kept getting goose bumps after goose bumps out there. I was really into it. I'm really proud of this team for trying so hard. I could not have asked for a better ending."
