The arched body and face is milled from aircraft aluminuim and features an innovative curved profile and sightline. This curved profile promotes the correct inside-to-square-to-inside putter path for the perfect ball performance.
The Newport 2.5 Detour uses a slightly offset hosel design with a smooth flare neck design.
The Newport 2 body frame is precision milled from a block of Studio Stainless Steel to provide heel and toe weighting for forgiveness.
A circular stainless steel weight is positioned right at the very back of the putter head to create a very high MOI (Moment Of Inertia) to give less clubhead twisting on off centre strikes. A vibration dampening ring around the backweight to give superior sound and feel.
A stepless steel shaft is fitted as standard and enhances feel and improves aesthetics.
Fitted with an orange Studio Design grip.
