We may collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, so that with your consent, we may from time to time bring to your attention special offers or promotions from ourselves.

The type of information we will collect about you if you place an order with us includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

E-mail Communication

We collect e-mail addresses in one of two ways:
  1. Visitors choose to voluntarily add their e-mail address to our list via one of the clearly identifiable areas of the site - ie the top left of our homepage, or the occasional pop-up window which appears on our homepage.
  2. By entering competitions, or requesting advice on our site via an online form.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent, and you can at any time have yourself removed from our e-mail database by clicking the clearly identifiable link at the bottom of any communication we send you.

We will never pass on your e-mail address, or any other details to a 3rd party without your consent.

Visitors to this site who; enter competitions or request advice and feedback will automatically be entered onto our special offer mailing list. Those people who place orders, are able to decline being placed on our mailing list. Instructions on how to remove your e-mail address from this list are on the bottom of each e-mail.

Cookies

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your computer. A cookie is a simple text file which contains information about your interaction with a specific website, and cannot be read by any other site apart from the one which created it.
