Package your goods safely and securely - use the original packaging if this is possible.
Use a reputable courier for larger goods, or recorded delivery for smaller items. We are unable
to accept responsibilty for goods lost in transit on their way from you to us.
If your goods are large heavy items (eg bags & batteries) and are faulty, we can arrange for a
replacement to be sent to you and have the original goods collected by our couriers at the same
time. We call this a collection on delivery, or C.O.D*.
To speed up the returns process please keep your receipt, delivery note or proof of purchase in a
safe place for the duration of your warranty.

Direct Golf UK holds no liability (outside the normal warranty given by the manufacturer) with regard
to the return of any wood, purchased by a consumer which currently conforms to R&A or USGA regulations
but may not do so in the future due to changes to the rules set by the governing bodies of the game.
We cannot accept returns on used merchandise, special offers, custom fit
golf clubs and personalised items.
